For gmail, go into the online system, on the left side press the arrow for “More”. Go into the spam-folder, open our e-mail and mark it “not spam” at the top of the screen. 

Read if you use gmail

Google gmail very frequently blocks e-mails from new senders, particularly if they contain attachments and links, and will place the e-mail into the spam-folder.

We respond to all e-mails, usually within hours, so, if you have not heard from us within 24 hours:

  • Go into your online g-mail account.
  • On the left hand side, press “More”.
  • Go into the spam-folder, find our e-mail and then press “Safe”.

 

Remember, messages that have been in Spam more than 30 days will be automatically deleted.
