it is biologically recyclable and does not require the use of chemicals, plastics or antimicrobials.

How does MPPT break up the biofilm and what does this instigate?

Where MPPT touches the biofilm, the MPPT micro-pumps absorb and suck away the water in the biofilm. This creates holes in the biofilm which allow the immune system access to the bacteria inside. Now the immune system can do its job and clear the infection.

MPPT works this way on both new and mature biofilm.
