Retraumatised open wound with exposed cannon bone

The horse had re-traumatised a partly healed open wound with the cannon bone exposed. Suturing was not possible. SertaSil was used to remove the wound infection and to prevent further infection and support healing. Responsible vet, Tim Mair stated: “The wound healed remarkably well.”
